Randall H. McKinney

Randall H. McKinney is a trial lawyer licensed to practice in Pennsylvania state and federal court. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He also studied at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy.

Attorney McKinney attended law school at Temple University. While at Temple, he externed at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Upon graduation, Attorney McKinney was recruited to work in the White-Collar Crime Practice Group at a large Pittsburgh law firm. In that role, he represented business leaders and executives charged in state and federal court.

After a successful career representing thousands of individuals charged in criminal court, Attorney McKinney transitioned to civil litigation, defending Fortune 100 companies in multi-million-dollar complex matters. In that role, Attorney McKinney realized his true passion lies in representing injured people.
